Science Led and Enterprise Driven.

Our team of scientists is leading the way in the development of quantum computing. The world’s largest integrated quantum computing company, we united Cambridge Quantum’s advanced software development with Honeywell Quantum Solutions’ high-fidelity hardware to accelerate quantum computing. With full-stack technology, we’re scaling quantum computing and developing applications to solve the world’s most pressing challenges. We could be even better with you!

At Quantinuum, we believe quantum information systems will revolutionize the way we work and live. We are leading the way by helping our customers develop quantum-enabled solutions that provide a competitive-edge in their markets.

We’re hiring the world’s best talent to make it happen. Join us!

We are seeking a Principle Physicist in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Quantinuum is looking for a highly qualified Quantum Computing Scientist to apply their knowledge base to unique industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in theoretical modeling of quantum error correction schemes.

In this role, you will apply previous experience in theoretical physics to help guide the development of quantum error corrected trapped-ion quantum computers. These computers have particular pros and cons, which will be the key to a system level optimization of this developing quantum information processor. Here you will be working with a team of theorists and experimentalists to help understand our current limitations and discover methods to get around them. In addition to theoretical quantum error correction, this will involve working closely with quantum-characterization-verification-validation experts, AMO experts, algorithm designers, and experimentalists.
